Welcome to Fort Bragg, one of the U.S. Army's largest installations in the world. 

The installation covers about 161,000 acres, or 251 square miles, stretching into six counties. More than 55,000 military service members and about 12,000 civilian personnel work at Fort Bragg, with about 25,000 family members living on post.

All Permanent Party Soldiers arriving at Fort Bragg must report to the Fort Bragg Reception Company (FBRC), located in Building 4-1437 on the corner of Normandy Drive and Reilly Road. FBRC is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist newly assigned Soldiers. The telephone number is (910) 396-4244.

Soldiers should not make off-post housing arrangements before reporting to Community Home Finding, Relocation and Referral Services located on the 6th floor of the Soldier Support Center, Building 4-2843, Normandy Drive.

Students arriving for courses on Fort Bragg will report as follows:
WAMC (Medical) Students: Soldiers being assigned to Student Company/Medical Hold at WAMC will report to the Administrative Officer of the Day (AOD) at the front desk located at WOMACK Army Medical Center. WOMACK AOD-COM: (910) 907-6000.

USAJFKSWCS (Special Operations) students will report to SWCSPAC on the 6th floor of the Soldier Support Center during duty hours to in-process. Front Desk Commercial Number: (910) 396-7447/9765. After duty hours, they will report based on training type. Students attending Civil Affairs or MISO courses report to 3rd Bn, 1st Special Warfare Training Group located in Building D-2723 on Merrill Street, (910) 643-8644 or (910) 432-9908; students attending Special Forces Qualification Courses will report to C Co., 4th Battalion, 1st Special Warfare Training Group located in Building C-8948 on Lae Street, (910) 432-8600.
