185th Air Refueling Wing members SMSgt Norm Plantenberg and SSgt Adam Conlon head out to convoy with other Iowa National Guard members as part of flood relief in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The Soldiers and Airmen helped sandbag and aided the local law enforcement in protection of citizens and property.
