Administrative Law Mission
The Administrative Law Division provides a full range of legal services to the XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg in all areas of administrative law to include AR 15-6 investigations and Article 32 investigations; Line of Duty investigations; MWR activities; Gifts and donations; FRG activities; fundraising on post; private organizations; ethics Regulation; Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts; FLIPL’s, and Corps and subordinate unit generated policies. The Administrative Law Division also serves as the primary legal advisor to the Garrison Commander, Fort Bragg MWR, and 1st Region ROTC.
Services
Advise investigating officers for various types of investigations
Review various investigation reports for legal sufficiency
Review proposed unit policies and memoranda for legal sufficiency
Advise Summary Courts-Martial Officers and Administrative Board Presidents
Provide ethics training and opinions as the Ethics Counselors for the XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg
Review various unit actions IAW applicable regulations, directives and policies
Primary Administrative Law legal advisor to the XVIII Airborne Corps
Commander and Garrison Commander
