This website is the portal that you need to discover the pathway to success in Greece and how to use Greece as your springboard to success across southern Europe.    The simple two-step process is listed below.

Step 1:  

The Country Commercial Guide (CCG) (PDF 770KB)  presents a comprehensive look at the Greek commercial environment. Updated annually, this report reviews economic and political conditions and trends, identifies commercial opportunities for U.S. exports and investment, and reviews the overall investment climate in the country. In conjunction with the U.S. Commercial Service, several other U.S. Government agencies contribute to the CCG. 

Within the CCG, the chapters entitled “Doing Business in Greece” and “Contacts, Market Research and Trade Events” are especially valuable for an overview of the market place and for the information on Upcoming Events, Contact Information and Key Business Links.  

Step 2:

Contact an International Trade Specialist near to you.  The Commercial Service has a network of export and industry specialists located in more than 100 U.S. cities and over 80 countries worldwide. These trade professionals provide counseling and a variety of products and services to assist small and midsized U.S. businesses export their products and services.  Simply go to http://export.gov/eac/  and enter your city or zip code.  This will identify the nearest U.S. Export Assistance Center to you.  The international trade specialists will be able to guide you through the process of exporting your product and/or service.
