Serves as the primary liaison with the TRICARE Managed Care Support contractor, Humana Military Healthcare Services.

Ensures delivery of the enhanced healthcare benefits of the TRICARE Prime Program.

Develops partnership and sharing agreements with external healthcare sources, such as the Department of Veterans Affairs local and regional Department of Veterans Affairs hospitals.

Coordinates care for DOD beneficiaries with other healthcare facilities when DDEAMC is unable to provide needed services.

Provides decision support services to the DDEAMC leadership.
