Strengthening Health Care and Education Systems:

  • Improving the quality, scope, and coordination of health services in such priority areas as  tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, and primary health care;
  • Modernizing teaching, management, and financing at schools for quality primary and  secondary education;
  • Expanding access to higher education;
  • Enabling access to school for vulnerable children and children with disabilities.
