MIDDLEBURG — Dipping, probing, measuring and exploring will be added to the curriculum of at least 10 Clay County schools.
Backed by a $2.9 million grant from the U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity, 'Learning In Florida's Environments,' or LIFE for short, will teach militaryconnected students hands-on skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, a body of work commonly referred to as STEM.
