Course Title: Designing Learning Certificate Program

Course Description: This workshop is designed for all new instructional designers needing a foundational program to deliver outcome-based training. The workshop provides new instructional designers with a human performance improvement approach to designing learning and includes practice in needs assessment, job/task analysis, and course design using exclusive templates. Participants needing a structured step-by-step process to design learning programs will benefit. The workshop results in Certification of Completion for attendees.
