Services

Kenner Army Health Clinic desires for you to have the best experience possible while receiving your health care.  Every employee at Kenner is involved in that care.  If you have a compliment, suggestion or concern regarding your care, first speak with your treatment team.  Your treatment team includes your doctor, nurse, social worker, dietitian, pharmacist, therapist and other professionals associated with your medical care.  If you feel your concerns are not being addressed by your treatment team, you can now text your concerns to the Kenner Patient Advocate at 804-267-0338.  The Kenner Patient Advocate is an employee who is specifically designated to manage the feedback received from our medical beneficiaries.  The Patient Advocate works directly with management and employees to facilitate resolutions.
