Mission

In our role as the Executive Agent for the DOD Customs and Border Clearance Program (CBCP), our mission is to develop policy and procedural guidance, in collaboration with OSD, DOD Components, USG Border Clearance Activities and Foreign Governments (through supported theater commands) to ensure efficiency and uniformity in the implementation of the DOD CBCP.

Goals

-Implement policy and procedural guidance
-Maintain liaison and coordinate with all stakeholders
-Maintain DTR 4500.9R Defense Transportation Regulation, Part V DOD Customs and Border Clearance Policy and Procedures
-Automate customs processes to the extent feasible
