The Stuttgart Health Clinic is not an emergency clinic. Patients requiring emergency treatment should report to the nearest host nation facility or call for an ambulance using 112. For more information on access to emergency care, please check this link

Patient Administration (PAD) provides medical records support, correspondence assistance, and administrative services. Medical records requests for other military facilities must be processed through PAD.

Competent Medical Authority (CMA) Reimbursement for appointment travel) memorandums can be obtained from a PAD clerk.

Please allow 30 days for medical record copy requests, for Veterans Affairs Appointments or Full Record copies. Only one full record copy request may be made.
