Truman VA is Proud to Serve Heroes in the Heartland. Truman VA is located in Columbia, Mo and has seven community based outpatient clinics located in Fort Leonard Wood, Jefferson City, Kirksville, Mexico, Osage Beach, Saint James and Sedalia. All Veterans are encouraged to enroll for care with Truman VA by completing an application for heath care benefits.
