Roller Derby moves to the Super Gym Feb. 16
-Saturday, Feb. 16: The next roller derby event for the Osan Humphreys Rollergirls is scheduled for 7 p.m., in the Super Gym. The event is FREE and food will be available for sale starting at 6:30 p.m.

Health Clinic closed for President's Day weekend
-Friday, Feb. 15 through Monday, Feb. 18: The Camp Humphreys Health Clinic will be closed for Observance of President's Day and the USFK Training Holiday. This will affect the Primary Care Clinic. The Acute Care Clinic and the After-Hour Clinic will be open to handle any acute issues. In the event of a medical emergency, please call either (DSN) 911 or commercial 031-690-7911 or 0505-753-7911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

Power outages
-Wednesday, Feb. 20: Several organizations around Camp Humphreys will experience power outages while a power transformer, serving the Commissary and Burger King, is replaced. Those two organizations will be without power from 8-11:30 a.m. Other buildings that will be affected in two five-minute intervals from 8-8:05 a.m. and 11:30-11:35 a.m. are: Bldgs. 111, 113, 118, 449, 481, 483, 484, 734, 741, 742, 745, 746, 747, 751, 752, 754, 756, and 789. Humphreys hosts BGCA Fine Arts Exhibit
-Wednesday, Feb. 20: The 2013 Asia Region Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) National Fine Arts Exhibit takes place, from 5-7 p.m., in the Community Activity Center. This will feature artwork from the Humphreys community and others throughout Asia. Winning entries will be forwarded to Headquarters, Boys & Girls Clubs, in Atlanta, for the national competition.

-Wednesday, Feb. 20: The Humphreys American School Advisory Council (SAC) meeting will be held in the Middle School Library, starting at 3 p.m.

-Wednesday, Feb. 20: The USAG Humphreys Equal Employment Office will host training for both non-supervisory (9-11 a.m.) and supervisory (1:30-3:30 p.m.) personnel in the Main Army Community Service (Bldg. 311) classroom. -Wednesday, Feb. 20: USO will host a special Black History Month Lunchbox program, starting at 11:30 a.m. and concluding when all the food is gone. Betty L. Simmons Lodge will sponsor FREE pizza, desserts and drinks.

BOSS goes skiing to Yeongpyeong
-Friday, Feb. 22: This is the registration deadline for the Feb. 23 BOSS ski/snowboard trip to Yeongpyeong Ski Resort. The trip, which costs $110, departs at 5:30 a.m. and returns around 9 p.m. The fee includes transportation, lift ticket, boots and skis/snowboard. For those with their own gear, the cost is reduced. -Tuesday, Feb. 26: The 602nd Aviation Support Battalion will host the Camp Humphreys Black History Month Observance entitled, "At the Crossroads of Freedom and Equality," starting at 11 a.m. in the Community Activity Center. -Wednesday, Feb. 27: USO will host its Lunchbox program, starting at 11:30 a.m. and concluding when all the food is gone. Exchange New Car Sales is sponsoring FREE pulled pork sandwiches, chips, drinks and desserts.

CYSS Sports registration
-Thursday, Feb. 28: During the entire month of February, Youth Sport is conducting registration for Baseball, T-Ball, and Softball. Children and youth, ages 3-18, are welcome to sign up. Children must be registered with CYSS. Registration can be completed at the Parent Central Office, located in Bldg. 570. The phone number is 753-3413. Youth Sports is also seeking volunteer coaches. Coaching applications can be picked up at the Parent Central Office. Background checks must clear before the season can start, so do not delay in applying.
