Launch of Community Connections Program

On Tuesday, June 03, U.S. Ambassador to Serbia Cameron Munter, together with May Frances Doyle from World Learning, will officially launch the new citizen exchange program called Community Connections. This is a one-year, $700,000 worth USAID-funded program implemented in cooperation with the World Learning.

The new Serbian program offers 3-week practical training opportunities in the United States for Serbian professionals from the following fields: Youth and Sport, Municipal Local Development Advisors, Farming Cooperatives and Association, Youth Employment Services, Village and Rural Tourism, and Marketing. The program offers an excellent opportunity to Serbian and American citizens to exchange views and professional experiences.
