Here you will find the Draft Environmental Assessment (DEA) conducted on the grounds of the Kerrville VA. The purpose of the DEA is to provide the public with the information required to understand and evaluate the Kerrville Senior Apartments Enhance-Use Lease Project and provide their input to the decision-making process. This Assessment evaluates the approximately five (5) acre, two-phased site and construction of the 100 unit Freedom Path Kerrville Senior Apartments. The study was done to determine if there would be any negative environmental impacts in developing and building of a housing complex for Veterans and their families, located on of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System property in Kerrville Texas.
