Commander's Pulmonology Clinic
 

Internal Medicine Clinic's focus is on patient-centered adult medicine and also offers specific education and training focusing on the prevention and treatment of acute/chronic disease processes.  The Internal Medicine Team is comprised of three internists, three LPN's, 1 RN and 1 CNA.  The Internal Medicine Team is supplemented by Disease Management, Behavioral Health, Nutrition, with Pharmacists and Nurse Case Managers.

Appointments for the Internal Medicine Clinic are by referrals and appointments only.  Your appointment is with your team.  Each team member will be assisting in your health needs.  No sick call or emergency care is availalble.  Appointments may be scheduled through the Kenner Army Health Clinic Patient Appointment Line by calling 1-866-LEE-KAHC (866-533-5242) or by self appointment at www.tricareonline.com

 

The Internal Medicine Clinic hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The Clinic is closed on weekends and all Federal holidays.

Internal Medicine specializes in chronic health conditions such as:

 

·         Hypertension

 

·         Cholesterol Management

 

·         Disease Prevention

 

·         Preoperative and Perioperative consultations

 

·         Diabetes Management

 

·         Anticoagulation Management

 

·         Primary Care for our patients with chronic conditions such as: Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Human Immunodeficiency Deficiency (HIV)

 

 

For added convenience, the following services are also available at KAHC:

 

·         Diabetic Testing

 

·         Electrocardiography Testing

 

·         Clinical Laboratory
