The NASA Student Ambassador Panel at the 2011 NASA Education Stakeholders Summit. The panelists were Marsha Cole (Chemistry, Louisiana State University), Ethan Brewer (Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, Ohio State University), Kody Ensley (Computer Engineering, Salish Kootenai College), Denisse Aranda (Mechanical Engineering, Florida International University), and Ivy Jones (Physics, Hampton University).

Katelyn Doran received the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Student Innovator Award at the NASA IT Summit held in San Francisco, California on August 14-17, 2011. The OCIO recognizes undergraduate/ graduate students for their use of technology in inspiring the K-12 and peer community through NASA-related outreach activities and educational interactions. Katelyn was recognized for her use of technology in innovative ways to promote STEM literacy and education among under-served students.
