Fort Bragg Defense & Veterans Brain Injury Center |
Mission The Fort Bragg DVBIC collects innovative research data and provides treatment and education to enhance the care and protection of active duty soldiers and their family members. We provide education to uninjured personnel and detailed periodic evaluations on soldiers with Traumatic Brain Injury through clinical treatment. We also monitor the use of the advanced combat helmet, collect blast injury data on soldiers returning from combat theaters for future medical treatment and equipment improvements.
Profile The DVBIC is a multi-site clinical care, clinical research and education center for brain injury supported by the Defense Center of Excellence and the Department of Defense.
