America’s Heroes at Work www.americasheroesatwork.gov is a Web site-link to information and tools and is for employers and the workforce development system to help returning service members (affected by TBI and/or PTSD) succeed in the workplace.

Army Behavioral Health www.behavioralhealth.army.mil is for soldiers who return home and need short or long-term counseling and medical assistance from the Army or VA to assist in their transition.

Battlemind www.resilience.army.mil is a strength-based, positive psychology approach to Warrior behavioral health. Training and information is targeted to all phases of the Warrior deployment cycle, Warrior life cycle and Warrior support system. Designed for Warriors, Leaders, Spouses, Families and behavioral health providers.

Brain Injury Association of America www.biausa.org* is the leading national organization serving and representing individuals, families and professionals who are touched by a life-altering, often devastating, traumatic brain injury (TBI). 1-800-444-6443

Brain Injury Association of NC www.bianc.net* (BIANC) is a non-profit membership organization that advocates on behalf of individuals with brain injury and their families. A chartered affiliate of the Brain Injury Association of America, BIANC currently has Family and Community Support Centers in Raleigh, Charlotte, Greenville, Asheville, and a volunteer resource center in High Point. Brain Line www.brainline.org* is a national multimedia project offering information and resources about living with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Collaboration occurs between DVBIC and WETA. CAP Computer/Electronics Accommodations Program www.tricare.mil/cap/index.cfm* provides assistive technology and services to wounded Service Members, people with disabilities, Federal managers, supervisors, and IT professionals. CAP increases access to information and works to remove barriers to employment opportunities by eliminating the costs of assistive technology and accommodation solutions.

Center for Neuro Skills www.neuroskills.com* is an experienced and respected resource of rehabilitation programs for acquired brain injury. Facilities: Bakersfield and Los Angeles, California and Dallas, Texas. CNS offers intensive, cost-effective and outcome-driven residential, outpatient, and in-home rehabilitation programs for individuals recovering from all types of acquired brain injury.

TBI Family Support Group provides support and an opportunity for families of Soldiers with TBI to share concerns and obtain resources. WTB (Fort Bragg) Soldiers Helping Soldiers provides Soldiers with a non-judge-mental environment where current life concerns can be discussed.
