Coast Guard Learning Portal Transition to CGPortal: As of 03 JAN 2011 the CG Learning Portal was integrated with the CG Portal. For more information, please view ALCOAST 601/10: COAST GUARD LEARNING PORTAL TRANSITION TO CGPORTAL or you may contact LT Kevin Hasselman.

Users will access e-learning courseware on a standard workstation through CGPortal in the training and education section.

For remote (home) access, personnel will need to log into CGPortal to utilize e-learning courseware. Reservists can access the CGPortal through remote (home) access via CAC reader.

Reserve Retirement Point Data Available in Direct Access: Reserve retirement point data is now available in Direct Access for self service, command and SPO users. The new DA pages do not replace the Annual Reserve Retirement Points Statement, which is mailed by Pay & Personnel Center (PPC) approximately three months following the end of the reservist's anniversary year. However, they are an excellent way of keeping track of your account, allowing you to spot, and report, problems before the annual paper statement is issued. PPC Weekend Hours: The Pay & Personnel Center (PPC), Customer Care Branch (CCB) provides one-stop shopping for active duty and reserve pay, travel (including auxiliary and civilian) inquiries, and user support for T-PAX and Direct Access. CCB's Call Center will be staffed and open on the following weekend dates in FY13:
