All Work Requests (DA Form 4283) should be submitted to the Work Order Section Camp Red Cloud @ BLDG S-827, CRC.
All Service Orders may be submitted to the Work Order Section Camp Red Cloud @ BLDG S-827 CRC. However, Service Orders should be called in to the numbers listed below.

Download the work order form by selecting the "Downloads" tab. Please read the instructions before filling out the work order. After reading the instructions please fill out the work order form DA-4283 and click the email tab at the top of the form and submit per email. To the following email address;
