The U.S. Embassy Ottawa, in conjunction with the Byward Market Business Improvement Area, will be celebrating the start of this year's Canadian Tulip Festival by unveiling an exhibit of photos of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival held annually in Skagit Valley, Washington. The photos will be displayed on the Sussex Drive side of the Embassy.
