Goal 1:

By June 2013, AMS will increase the percentage of students scoring “at or above standard” on TN and local assessments by 5% over the percentage of students scoring “at or above standard” in the 2011-2012 school year in their ability to apply mathematical skills to solve problems.

 
   

Goal 2:

By June 2013, AMS will increase the percentage of students scoring “at or above standard” on TN and local assessments by 5% over the percentage of students scoring “at or above standard” in the 2011-2012 school year in reading comprehension with a focus on vocabulary building.

    Adopting the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) will benefit DoDEA's highly mobile student population which moves frequently between public schools and DoDEA schools.
