Crisis Management Team

The Crisis Management Team is a group of school staff trained in intervention and post-intervention procedures. Team members generally include the administrator, school psychologist, school counselor, school nurse, a classroom teacher, and other professional staff as needed. The role/responsibility of the Crisis Management Team is to assist in:

  • Developing a written crisis management plan to guide school staff in responding to a critical incident or crisis event.
