PSC Travel Services provides travel program management that includes comprehensive customer service and operational support for federal employees who travel on official business. The program includes management of the federal employee travel charge card, used by employees to purchase airline tickets, lodging, and incidental expenses associated with official travel.
Travel Services, under the General Services Administration (GSA) master contract, offers transition support from E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) to E-Gov Travel Service 2 (ETS2). Transition support includes requirements identification, system integration and testing, and employee training.
PSC provides policy guidance and oversight for the Department of Health and Human Services.

- Dedicated account management and a comprehensive Help Desk for individual travelers
