PSC Parking Space Administration provides comprehensive customer service and operational support for HHS OPDIV/STAFFDIVs that are required to maintain individual parking contracts for spaces that are used by employees at their place of work.
Parking Space Administration includes management of federally contracted parking spaces and a complete application process that includes a user-friendly request submission, approval and tracking processes.
Services offered include:
- Contract administration
- Vender payment
- Policy development and oversight
- Annual parking update
- Distribution of permits
Offered to:
HHS-occupied facilities within the DC metropolitan area
Performance:
95% of contract actions will be indicated to the Contracting Officer within three (3) days of request.
95% of survey respondents will be satisfied with the services received.
Rate:
Parklawn: $2.43 per square foot of occupied space
All others: by agreement
