F-16 Refueling Mission
Lt. Col. Laurie Farris, pilot in command, and 1st Lt. Felix Wong, co-pilot, prepare the KC-135 for the flight Aug. 22. The refueling missions are not only imperative to the aircraft who receive the fuel, but they also serve as training missions for the air guardsmen. The Wyoming Air National Guard does not have KC-135 Statotankers - this one was from New Hampshire.
