Additional Passport Pages
The U.S. Embassy can add additional pages to your passport. The application form is available at the American Citizen Services (ACS) unit or it can be downloaded from our website, DS-4085.
The application form and your passport may be submitted in person (appointments) or by mail with the appropriate fee (schedule of fees) to:

The passport with additional pages will be ready for pickup the same day.
