Publication Change Request (PCR) Database

Welcome to the Publication Change Request (PCR) Database. A PCR is a Technical Manual (TM) change request submitted for a change or error. A PCR submission form can be found on the ROC website in the Products and Services area. This Database contains submitted Technical Manual (TM) changes. These PCRs are grouped into seven categories:
Submitted – PCR change was submitted, but has not been assigned for review.
Review – PCR has been assigned to a subject matter expert for review.
Pending – PCR has been approved during the review step and is waiting for entry into a TM change/revision.
Development – PCR has been assigned to a technical writer for entry into a TM change/revision.
Completed – PCR has been entered into a TM change/revision.
Disapproved – PCR has been disapproved due to incorrect information or duplicate information.
Cancelled – PCR has been cancelled for some reason.

PCR information can be accessed through four methods:
Search by Status – The user may review PCRs in any of the seven categories; submitted, review, pending, development, completed, disapproved, and cancelled.
Search by Handbook – The user may select any of the TMs from the Available Handbooks drop down menu.
Text Search – The user may enter specific text into the search for box. This will search for all of the PCRs containing that text.
Active Changes/Revisions – The user may review all TM changes/revisions that are currently in development from the Active Changes/Revision drop down menu.
