Office of Management and Budget

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is the largest component of the Executive Office of the President, and serves the President by implementing his vision across the Executive Branch. OMB is responsible for the development and execution of the President’s budget through government-wide collaboration; the budget is the way in which the President implements decisions, policies, and actions in all areas of government. OMB works with USICH, as with all federal agencies, in an oversight capacity of agency performance, financial management, procurement, and information. OMB collaborates with USICH to ensure that our activities are aligned with Administration priorities and that our agency is carrying out our mission responsibly and with accountability to the general public.
