Student Activities

All students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities whether they be athletic, academic or social in nature. These activities help to shape students and prepare them for success after high school as part of a well-rounded education. Our School offers many activities for students to choose from.

The Homework Club meets afterschool on Teusdays and Thursdays. Any student can sign up to stay for extra help with school work.
The Mileage Club meets afterschool on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for about 15 minutes. Students walk laps to reach a fitness goal.
The Music Club meets on Wednesdays afterschool.
Peer Mediators meet afterschool on Fridays. Students commit to assist their peers with problem solving during recess times.
Odyssey of the Mind meets afterschool on Thursday afternoons. Team are engaged in a wide variety of problem solving scenarios that will challenge students to work with thier peers and think outside the box.
The Robotics Club meets in the Computer Lab afterschool on Mondays and Fridays. We use 2 types of robotics kits; Lego Mindstorm and Robix Rascal.
The Terakoya Club focuses on Japanese Culture and meets on Wednesdays afterschool.
The Art Club will begin after Winter Break.
