New Application Renewal Duplicate Raise of Grade Increase in Scope
 
Under the new provisions of the Merchant Mariner Credential regulations, which became effective on April 15, 2009, Mariners will be able to submit credential applications by mail or email to one of the 17 Regional Examination Centers (REC) located throughout the nation. This will save you time and money.
