Organization

The Commander commands and controls all USMEPCOM activities in the execution of the Command mission. Assisted by the Command Group, the Commander executes a wide variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to: Training and supervising personnel in accession standards and policies to ensure qualification standards are enforced, and in maintaining accession data both in peacetime and during mobilization. Commands civilian and military personnel assigned by the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard to USMEPCOM activities. Maintains liaison with the Recruiting Services, Selective Service System (SSS), Defense Transportation Management Command, General Services Administration, Defense Manpower Data Center and other governmental and non-governmental activities on matters affecting USMEPCOM operations.
