Dear Cadet,

Applications will be submitted by memorandum through your PMS (You should FEDEX the application yourself after the PMS signs off on the MILPO Statement). All documentation must be current within the 12 months prior to the application deadline.

Do not staple or bind application documents. Do not place in binders or cover sheets. Place all documents in sequence and place in a 2 pocket folder.

ROTC Cadets can apply for IPAP during their 2nd and 3rd year of training. Once accepted, you will be required to complete your BS Degree prior to starting IPAP.
