Executive Administration (Code 60)
Mission
The Executive Administrative office observes and reports to the Judge Advocate General, Deputy Judge Advocate General and Assistant Judge Advocate Generals on the effectiveness of administrative policies and regulations of the command.
Function
- Reviews correspondence prepared for the signature of the Judge Advocate General, Deputy Judge Advocate General and Assistant Judge Advocate Generals, ensuring that it conforms with the Navy Correspondence Manual, SECNAVINST 5216.5 (series) and pertinent command directives.
- Tracks correspondence and screens directives routed to the Judge Advocate General, Deputy Judge Advocate General and Assistant Judge Advocate Generals, and initiates administrative actions where appropriate.
- Schedules visitor interviews with the Assistant Judge Advocate Generals.
- Approves requisitions for operating supplies, equipment and services within the budget allowance for the Executive Administrative Division.
- Provides a full range of administrative services to include: the OJAG Organizational Guide and Telephone Directory, Awards Programs, OJAG Sponsor Coordinator, Bldg. 33 First Lieutenant, Collateral Duty List and Alpha Roster.
