U.S. Consulate General Nuevo Laredo does not process Immigrant Visa applications.  All immigrant visas and non-immigrant visas resulting in immigrant status (i.e., “K” and “V” visas) are processed at the U.S. Consulate General Ciudad Juarez with a few cases handled at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City.

    1. Effective April 13, 2012, the Department of State will adjust visa processing fees.  The fees for most nonimmigrant visa applications and Border Crossing Cards will increase, while all immigrant visa processing fees will decrease. (New Fee)
