Performance Officer: The Office of the Chief
Performance Officer is responsible for oversight management of
the establishment and review of DSCA, subordinate commands and
Security Assistance and Security Cooperation community
performance goals.

DSCA
2009-2014 Strategic Plan: As a
cornerstone of our management framework, this plan
reflects our commitment to support Department of Defense
(DOD) Security Cooperation priorities, national defense
strategies, and U.S. foreign policy objectives.
This
plan was developed over several months time, and with the
full engagement of our workforce. The Strategic Plan
articulates our vision, mission, values, core
competencies, and performance-oriented goals and
objectives.
Strategy
Directorate Mission:
Envision, develop, resource, promulgate, and assess
Security Assistance (SA) and security cooperation (SC) policy,
programs, and activities.
