The Office of the Chief Performance Officer is responsible for oversight management of the establishment and review of DSCA, subordinate commands and Security Assistance and Security Cooperation community performance goals. This includes responsibility for the oversight, review and monitoring of organizational performance from high-level objectives to operational metrics. This includes ensuring increasing accuracy in planning at every level within DSCA organizations, while reducing cycle time and associated costs; accelerating and improving statutory and management reporting and decision-making; identifying causes of
under performance, and taking action to reduce costs and optimize efficiencies across dimensions such as employees, programs, customers, and stakeholders; and balancing financial, legal, and operational risks to maximize organizational performance.
