Public Submission Process
The FTA Labor Chapters provide for the submission and review of communications from the public concerning matters related to the labor chapters. Such submissions, including those regarding FTA partners’ commitments or obligations arising under the labor chapters can be submitted to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Trade and Labor Affairs (OTLA), Division of Trade Agreement Administration and Technical Cooperation (TAATC).
