There may come a time when you are unable to decide or tell us what you want. You have the opportunity now to make some decisions ahead of time. Tell us in writing about the kind of care you want if you cannot speak for yourself.

Appointments

Our toll-free telephone care program, VETSConnect, offers enrolled veterans a convenient and easy way to find information or make change or cancel an appointment.

Billing and Insurance

You may be billed for a number of copayments as a result of your stay or appointment. We can also file claims with your insurance provider. Learn more about billing and insurance.

Customer Service

We are committed to providing the highest quality of care possible and we want your stay or visit to be a comfortable experience. Our Customer Service Program offers a variety of ways to assist you in the event you have a question, concern or complaint.

We encourage you to report any safety or quality care issue you may have noticed during your visit or stay.

Enrolled patients may call our toll-free telephone care program, VETSConnect. Speak with an Advice Nurse if you have health care questions, or need help understanding your options or deciding what to do next.
