The American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh provides assistance to U.S. citizens in the central region of Saudi Arabia.  American citizens can apply for US passports, document their foreign-born children as U.S. citizens, and request help in an emergency. Our staff can also notarize documents for use in the United States and provide information about Social Security benefits and other benefits.

Appointments are required for routine American Citizens Services. Click here to make an appointment.  Effective January 5, 2013, all routine services will be conducted by appointment only.

The U.S. Consulate General in Dhahran provides services to American citizens in Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, and the US Consulate General Jeddah serves the Western region, from Tabuk to Najran.
