Marsha S. Ivins, an astronaut who flew on 5 shuttle missions and visited the international space station, traveled around Hungary on December 5-8. With university and high school students in Budapest, Szeged and Debrecen, Ivins shared her personal story and long journey to become an astronaut as well as discussed “everyday life” in space and the history of human spaceflight.
