Conferences for all students are scheduled the week following the end of the first marking period (see calendar). Conferences are also held for 2nd and 3rd quarter progress reporting. You are encouraged, though, to request a conference whenever you wish to review your child's progress, or any time a question or problem arises (the teacher will do the same). Please send a note to the teacher or call the school office. The teacher will return the call as soon as possible. Conferences cannot be held while the teacher is teaching a class. Conferences should also not be held at public gatherings such as PTA meetings, assemblies or programs or at the commissary or PX. Please help our staff observe these courtesies.
