The Enterprise Solutions Competency Center will be a centralized organization providing support for all Department of Defense Executive Branch Service enterprise solutions involving Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) initiatives and implementations with three core service offerings:

• ERP/SOA Consultancy - Providing unbiased ERP/SOA subject matter experts for consultation to Army enterprise solution initiatives and implementations



• ERP/SOA Laboratory - With leading edge equipment and software for the purpose of demonstration and research



• ERP/SOA Education - ESCC website, supporting documents and references, tools, techniques and templates, delivery of relevant training and education sessions.
