OSBP Directory System (MODS)
To better serve the small business community, this system is being revised for enhanced security purposes and will be back online as soon as possible. As a reference, the MODS tool will maintain profiles of registered small businesses which can be utilized by the MDA to conduct market research; however, organizations will have the ability to limit access only to the MDA or make their profiles publicly available.

Marketplaces for Small Business Matchmaking
In conjunction with the revisions being implemented within the MODS tool, the Marketplace is being developed following the same guidelines. Once online, the Marketplace will provide a searchable repository of firms that have an interest in performing up-to-date MDA contracting opportunities. The purpose of this repository is to create a public, online environment where business can market their capabilities to one another or search for other businesses to partner with in regards to MDA requirements.

Missile Defense Agency Small Business Advocacy Council
The Missile Defense Agency Small Business Advocacy Council (MDASBAC) is dedicated to fostering and showcasing a superior collaborative environment for Missile Defense Prime Contractors that develop and promote successful small business relationships to achieve common goals.
Further, the MDASBAC seeks to strengthen the alliance with the MDA and large prime contractors to support the agency’s missions and small business goals.

Mentor-Protégé Program
The DoD Mentor-Protégé Program is currently under review. Due to this review, we have removed the procedures manual from our site until we can reflect changes pending the review. For more information on the Mentor-Protégé Program, please refer to the DFARS Subpart 219.71-Pilot Mentor-Protégé Program.
