Locations
The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center serves Veterans from a 25-county area in eastern Oklahoma. In addition to our main medical center in Muskogee, we offer a number of services to our patients at three community-based outpatient clinics.
Waiting Areas
For your convenience and safety, we have special waiting areas throughout the facility. Please do not gather in the hallways or at the nurses' stations. You may also want to review our Visiting Hours and Policies.
Security
The Jack C. Montgomery VAMC has a Police Service. Our officers provide 24-hour patrols of the facility and parking lots. For general police assistance, please dial extension 3807. Report all suspicious or criminal activity, vehicle accidents, and personal property losses to the VA Police while on the facility grounds as soon as possible.
Because the VA Medical Center is federal property, all persons and bags are subject to search. In addition, no weapons, alcohol, or illegal drugs are permitted.
The Canteen Cafeteria and Retail store are located in Building 24. Vending areas are available in each building.
 Cafeteria Hours
Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Retail Store Hours
Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located in the basement of the Bed Tower in the Laundry Room.
Chapel
A nondenominational and nonsectarian chapel is located on the first floor at the south end of the hospital. Protestant Worship Services are held at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays. Patient dress is hospital pajamas. Family and friends are welcome. Patients may view the services live in their rooms on Ch. 4 at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday. Please contact Chaplain Service at extension 3614 for additional information or to speak with one of our Chaplains.
