  • Demonstrations - June 3, 2011

We believe there is a strong likelihood for demonstrations this Sunday throughout Morocco. Recent demonstrations in several Moroccan cities have been subdued with the use of force. U.S. citizens are urged to remain alert to local security developments and be vigilant regarding their personal security. It is best to avoid all demonstrations, as even peaceful ones can quickly become unruly and a foreigner could become a target of harassment or worse. If caught in a demonstration, remain calm and move away immediately when provided the opportunity.
