Mission Statement
The Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting (PARC) acts for the CG and DC in exercising authority over the execution of the ASC procurement mission areas.
The PARC acts as principal procurement policy advisor to the CG/HCA, and ensure compliance with procurement policies throughout ASC. The Executive Director of the
Rock Island Contracting Center provides overall strategic oversight and direction of the ASC's acquisition mission.
