- CHILD FIND SCREENING - Department of Defense Education Activity Dependent Schools provide for an ongoing Child Find program to identify children with special needs. If you have concerns about your child’s development in the areas of language, speech, self-help skills, social skills, thinking skills or motor coordination, and your child is 3 to 5 years old, you may want to have your child screened for possible delays. Please contact your home school. Patch students can call DSN 430-5200, CIV 0711-680-5200; and Robinson Barracks call DSN 420-7112, CIV 07118197112 to make an appointment for the screening. If your child is school-aged, please contact your home school for information.

- School Bus: Transportation to and from school. If you would like school bus transportation for your student(s), please register every year with the school bus office located on Patch. Your student will be issued a specific school bus route and pass. Any and all school bus requests need to go through the school bus office. 0711-680-8493/8497, Washington Square Bldg. 2307 Room 217. Students should carry their bus passes with them every day.
- Duty Bus Pass: Military Shuttle Bus that rotates between posts. If you would like for your middle schooler to take the duty bus, they must have a military I.D. to present to the bus driver. After school (2:45 and 3:45 duty buses) students need a special duty bus pass issued by the Garrison School Liaison Officer. To obtain a duty bus pass for your middle schooler, please contact the School Liaison Officer located at Patch: 0711-680-7465, CYS Bldg. #2347 (located next to the health clinic).
- Parent Contact Information: Please keep your information updated with our front office -- E-mails are sent daily from our school to your home. In case of sickness or emergencies, we need to have current telephone numbers to contact you. Please call 0711-819-7112 to update your information.
- Tardiness: Middle School students that acquire 4 tardies in a grading period will receive a detention after school. Notices are both e-mailed home and a hard copy given to the student for parent signature.
