The American Citizens Services (ACS) section of the Vancouver Consular Section provides information and assistance to American citizens in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory. American Citizens Services Unit hours
The American Citizens Services Unit is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. We are closed the third Wednesday of each month. Please note that all regular Passport, Report of Birth Abroad, and Notary services are by appointment only. American Citizens facing emergency citizens may enter at any time.
